When I step into the house of the future, there will be a robot that at the door waiting to meet me. As it can recognise my face, it opens the door for me. The robot looks exactly like a real human with real hair and skin. It also speaks like a human and can respond to all questions. There are many ways a house of the future can look like with a robot. The robot can do many things such as check my health and mood. If I am sick, it will diagnose my condition how a doctor would. It can recommend me the medication depending on my conditions or recommend me a list of doctors to consult. When I wake up early in the morning, the robot can help me draw the curtains to introduce the morning light. It helps me brush my teeth and wash my face.
As I enter the kitchen, the screen of the futuristic fridge automatically opens showing different types of food I could eat. It plans the food based on my health conditions. I could quickly press the most expensive and nutritious food and the robot would instantly start cooking it. The utensils moved around waiting for me to pick it up. Once I was finished, the robot took the plates to the sink to wash. The robot automatically started washing it quickly.
The television scanned my face to see if I was an intruder and turned on once it knew it was me. The television screen was as big as an elephant. There were many different movies to choose from. The blinds in the living room will go down and the lights dimmed automatically. The chair that I will sit has many buttons on the side with different functions. It could provide a luxurious full body massage with aroma therapy. The high-tech chair can transform into a hover board if I am tired of walking in house of the future. All chores including laundry, mopping and cleaning will be performed by the robot. My job will be to command the robot what to do. This is the house of the future sometime that I visualise.
